Does HAMR offer different handle sizes?
No, our handle circumference and lengths are set to allow the paddle to perform the best they can.
Why does my paddle have marks on the face after use?
HAMR paddles are made with high-quality Carbon Fiber faces to provide increased power and spin, and over time, it's typical for ball fibers and residue to build up in the texture of your paddle's face. To address this, we suggest using the HAMR Paddle Cleaning Rubber to effectively remove residue.
Can I request a special weight for my paddle?
No, all of our paddles have a standard weight to ensure each paddle is balanced consistently. If you feel you need more power or control, please feel free to add weights to the paddle to best suit your game style.
What does HAMR Pickleball do to ensure compliance to USAPA standards?
At HAMR, we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards set by the USAPA for our paddles. Prior to achieving USAPA certification, each paddle undergoes meticulous testing, usage, and adjustments conducted by HAMR before submission for evaluation by the USAPA. Our Ignite 16 paddle has been USAPA approved.
How long do pickleball paddles last?
The durability of your HAMR Pickleball Paddle depends on several factors, including how often and intensely you play, as well as the care you provide. Striking objects like tennis balls can significantly diminish the paddle's lifespan. Like any equipment, there are inevitable wear and tear components. This can make it hard to put a timeframe on the life of a paddle, but for the average user, they should expect a life of 6 months - 2 years. It's worth noting that ongoing advancements in technology may prompt the replacement of older paddles with newer ones.
What is your warranty policy for paddles?

Warranty Policy:

  • All paddles come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturer defects and workmanship.
  • 6-month coverage specifically extends to core materials, deformation, and delamination.
  • Paddle registration is mandatory for eligibility under the warranty policy, and the online registration form should be completed within two weeks of purchase.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and exclusively applicable to the original purchaser.
  • Any reported factory defects upon receipt must be promptly communicated to HAMR Pickleball, supported by photographic evidence, and aligned with our refund policy, including keeping the handle plastic wrap intact.
  • HAMR Pickleball reserves the right to assess and determine the warranty coverage of a paddle, as well as the decision to replace it.
  • Notably, the warranty does not extend to replacement paddles.
  • If a warranty claim is approved, our aim is to expedite the replacement process within 10 business days of the paddle's arrival at our inspection facility.

What is not covered by the warranty?

  • Normal wear and tear, abuse, and negligence, encompassing aspects such as the grip, edge guard, face, and core materials.
  • Use of the paddle in temperatures below 5°C (40°F).
  • Any post-purchase modifications made to the paddle.
  • Fading of graphics.
  • Impact with other objects (excluding the pickleball), such as the ground, other paddles, or tennis balls.
  • Commercial applications or rentals.
  • Non-original purchasers.
  • Purchases from non-authorized HAMR Pickleball representatives/dealers.
  • Paddles acquired as prizes or giveaways.
How do I register my paddle for warranty?

To register your HAMR Paddle, please sign up for our online account in our menu or click here. Once you have an account with us you can sign into the customer account portal, click on the paddle registration heading, and fill out the online form. Make sure to complete the required sections, including uploading proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt, bank screenshot). If you encounter any issues with the online registration process, contact us for assistance. Paddles must be registered within 2 weeks of purchase and only the original purchaser may register a paddle. Please note that any additional paddle purchases will require the completion of the registration form again.

How to care for my HAMR paddle?
  • Only hit approved pickleballs. Hitting other balls or objects will cause structural damage and will not be covered by warranty.
  • Avoid extreme hot or cold temperatures, including leaving the paddle in the vehicle on hot days.
  • Avoid water or liquids on the paddle; if you get caught in the rain, wipe off excess water as soon as possible.
  • Avoid hitting the ground where possible and do not throw the paddle.
  • To clean the edge guard, you can use a glass cleaner and a cloth.

How much does it cost to send my goods?
Within Australia, orders over $200 are shipped for free (some exclusions apply). For orders under $200, we offer different rates depending on size and weight. These can be found at the shopping cart. You can also choose Express Post for faster delivery (prices are shown in the cart). Alternatively, you can also visit our Shipping Policy here.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various secure payment methods through Shopify Payments, ensuring a safe and reliable transaction experience. You can use major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, we offer the convenience of digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay for a seamless and secure checkout process.
Can I change my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not been fulfilled. Please contact us at orders@hamrpickleball.com with all relevant information including order number, and what you would like changed, and we will do our best to make the changes. For example, if you have ordered the Black Ignite 16 paddle but want to change it to the pink Ignite 16, note this in the email.
Can I pick up in person?
Yes, please contact us at contactus@hamrpickleball.com to arrange purchase and pickup. Please do not complete an online order as this will process shipping. We are located around the Perth area in Western Australia.
