HAMR Pickleball and SLAM JAM the Podcast Prize Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • The HAMR Pickleball and SLAM JAM the Podcast Prize Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to participants worldwide.
  • Entrants must be following both HAMR Pickleball and SLAM JAM the Podcast on Instagram.
  • Entrants must tag a minimum of one (1) friend in the comments of the giveaway post on Instagram and like the Giveaway post on Instagram.
  • Sharing the HAMR Pickleball Giveaway post and tagging HAMR Pickleball on Instagram will grant entrants one (1) additional entry into the Giveaway.
  • Immediate family members of HAMR Pickleball and SLAM JAM the Podcast, as well as sponsored players of HAMR Pickleball are not eligible to win any prizes included in the giveaway.

2. Prize Details:

  • The prize package also includes one (1) paddle cover, one (1) paddle eraser, and one (1) 2024 W.A Pickleball Championship Coin. View item values here: [https://hamrpickleball.com/collections/all]
  • The total prize package value is calculated based on the recommended retail prices and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

3. Entry Period:

  • The Giveaway begins on 6th June 2024 and ends on 7th July 2024 09:00am AWST.
  • Entries submitted after the specified period will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be selected through a random draw conducted by HAMR Pickleball.
  • The draw will take place on 7th July 2024.
  • The winner will be contacted via direct message (DM) on Instagram.
  • The winner must respond to the DM within three (3) days to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in the selection of a new winner.
  • The winner's name will be announced on HAMR Pickleball's and SLAM JAM the Podcast's Instagram, on the SLAM JAM Podcast, as well as on HAMR Pickleball's website (www.hamrpickleball.com).

5. Shipping:

  • HAMR Pickleball will cover the cost of shipping the prize to the winner worldwide.
  • The winner is responsible for any import fees, customs duties, or other fees associated with receiving the prize in their country.

6. Publicity:

  • By participating in the Giveaway, entrants grant HAMR Pickleball and SLAM JAM the Podcast the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway.

7. General Conditions:

  • HAMR Pickleball reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or is deemed inappropriate.
  • HAMR Pickleball reserves the right to amend or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
  • By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

8. Release and Limitations of Liability:

  • By participating in the Giveaway, entrants release HAMR Pickleball, SLAM JAM the Podcast, and their affiliates from any liability arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

9. Governing Law:

  • The Giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
